Over the Sea and Far Away
Back to the Ferry Port and away to Ireland. This time I was visiting Cookstown and Antrim in Northern Ireland; then on to Sligo in the north west. My first port of call on this whirlwind 'Recycle Magic' tour was to County Antrim. Danielle McCormack the Recycling officer there asked me to come over and visit three schools in the area. I started the day at Crumlin Primary, then on to Templepatrick, and finally Carlanes Primary. On the second day I was off up the road an hour to Cookstown to meet David Richardson the Recycling Officer  for Cookstown Council. It was three shows again at Coagh, Cookstown and Pomeroy primary schools. The end of the second day and so far the audiences had been really enthusiastic. Thanks Danielle and David for inviting me over. I'd also like to thank Liz Drew from Armagh Council who came to Cookstown Primary to catch the show. Hopefully I'll be visiting Armagh in the not too distant future.

Here We Go To Sligo
From Cookstown it on the west road to Sligo. Three shows at the Institute of Technology in Sligo Town. I was the guest of Fiona Kelly Environment Officer with Sligo Borough Council and the lady that organised the event Margaret Mulrooney. Three great shows and three great family audiences. The shows took place in a lecture studio, so the audience rose above me like in some Roman amphitheater.

Very close to Christmas and I'm popping over the Irish Sea for another batch of 'Recycle Magic' shows. This time I was visiting County Roscommon; Suzanne Dempsey from Roscommon County Council asked me over to present a number of shows in the area. It was all well organised and I had a great time.
